Cainz Moment
The term was first coined by Ludcord user evedislike on February 20th, 2021. Cainz Moment is named after cainzvictim as it refers to a moment where cainz’s intelligence is questioned due to the insanely stupid things he has to say. Though an official definition is difficult to pinpoint, you’ll know a Cainz Moment when you see it. These events are distinguishable by the trademarked stupidity cainz manages to have. At times it is shocking how he can even reach certain conclusions. There are many theories as to how cainz reached this empty-headed state. Some claiming it’s due the flaws of American education. Others say it could be due to his neurodivergence. However, the most likely answer is that he is quite literally empty-headed. No brain. Zero sign of complex thought. Absolutely nothing goes on behind those eyes.Efex
Efex is both a person and a term used in Ludcord. For more information about who Efex is, please visit his section in “Members”. The meaning of Efex is not clear, but that does not decrease the use of the word. In Ludcord, there are about 4,050 messages containing the word Efex. The most common use of the word is when Efex himself enters chat and says “Efex”. After that, typically a few other people may also say “Efex” in response. This term is used in a similar way to how “Nya” is used by cainz. Both are almost like a catchphrase for the two of them.Nya
The Japanese onomatopoeia-term for the noise that cats make, meow. This phrase is associated with cainz who regularly uses it and (embarrassingly) pretends to be a cat or catboy at times. It is worth mentioning that his cat-like behavior has existed even before joining ludcord. However, in October of 2020, approximately 7 months and 27 days after first joining the server, his catboy behaviors became significantly more consistent. As of May 2021, cainz’s nya-ing has become widely accepted by Ludcord regulars and is even a silly little meme amongst them.Kith
A clothing brand praised and talked very highly of by Efex. Kith is in no way associated with Efex or Ludcord, yet it is talked about quite often and their merchandise is purchased regularly (particularly by Efex himself). The most notable Ludcord event regarding Kith is the legendary fitz-n-dripz war. During this “Civil War” of sorts, Efex fought hard for the change of the channel’s name “fitz-n-dripz” to instead be “fitz-n-kithz”. In the end Efex won the war and channel’s name was (temporarily) changed to fitz-n-kithz.Weird Champion
Weird Champion, a role infamous for its negative connotation. The role’s name is self explanatory as it’s given to those who act weird or out of line in chat. Offenses that warrant the Weird Champion label are acts of transphobia, homophobia, racism, sexism, ableism, excessively nsfw content, and other offensive behavior. This label is used as a punishment for violating server rules by not only signaling to other chatters that someone with this role is weird, but by also prohibiting the user from sending images, accessing certain channels, reacting and other actions. Weird Champion is given to the weirdest of champs.BFA (Banned from Anime)
Similar to Weird Champion, BFA is given to weirdos who act weird in #anime. Those who are Banned from Anime are a little harder to come by, and it’s significantly less talked about. I believe this is due to #anime being a singular channel and within its own category too. Because of that, it doesn’t get as much traffic, or at least, not as much as it used to. However, don’t get it twisted, #anime is an extremely popular channel and arguably even its own separate community. The community is so large that they have 2 roles dedicated to them, BFA and Anime Club.Chain Gang
Chain Gang, created by the chatter “god”, is a group of individuals who all decided to add “⛓” (chain emoji) to the end of their nickname on Ludcord. The reason for this is unknown but, chain gang i guess.
